There are 2 ways to achieve this: First, do a permanent perm with big rods to achieve the look and you will need to go to a salon to do this. The curls are expected to last for months.

Second, do a temporary curl by letting hot air to mould the new shape of your hair, but this require a hairstylist to "twist" your hair to form the curls. This method is good if you just want a try on the wavy hair. the curls will go off once you washed your hair. However, this method is unable to achieve tight curls.

Some are even spotted with matching outfits in shades of their skin color. It definitely brings out the sexiness in you.
