Your orders will be cancelled if your payment is not received within 3 working days from the date our email is being sent.

Generally, goods sold are non-refundable and exchangeable. However, we will refund the value of the item returned if the product is defective. We allow exchange of merchandise in special circumstances but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable if any, as are customs fees and tariffs on international shipments. You, our customer, are most important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. When in doubt/unsure, do drop us an email and our staff will advice you on the purchase.
